Etalonic

A cross-border compliance system built around a shared BOM IR, currently at the foundation stage.

STATUS BUILDING · FOUNDATION

Can cross-border compliance and delivery be modelled as a compiler-like pipeline with replaceable parsers, a shared BOM IR and pluggable jurisdiction backends?

Etalonic is a technology-driven cross-border compliance and delivery venture I founded. The goal is not merely to ship goods, but to ship inspectable delivery: drawings, BOM, quotes, certification states, supplier production, load planning, logistics and engineering documents all run on one intermediate representation.

The architecture resembles a compiler. AI is a replaceable frontend parser; a shared BOM IR holds standards mappings, certification states and supplier grades; each jurisdiction is a pluggable document backend. A new market means a new compliance backend, not a system rewrite.

It is currently at the foundation stage: the Rust full-stack base, domain model and document/delivery boundaries are still being established. Reliable contracts come before product acceleration.

There is no public demo, repository or customer data yet, and progress is not expressed as a single percentage. The next verifiable milestones are the domain model, document boundaries and one end-to-end delivery path. Until those exist, this page records Etalonic as a concept under construction.
